Where do we meet?

On Friday afternoon start and finish location the Wedren can only be accessed by the walkers. The Wedren is not open to the public on that day. The entrance to the area is under surveillance and only walkers that can show their personal barcode carrier are allowed to access the area. The organisation strives to only allow walkers on the Wedren on Friday to give them all the space they need when they collect their well-earned medal, to allow them to rest or to let them celebrate with their fellow walkers, after having walked for four exhausting days.

But since you as a spectator want to meet up with your friends or family and to congratulate them with their achievement, there is a special Meet & Greet area (map of the Wedren) - only a few minute walk from the Wedren - where you can sit down and have a drink to celebrate with your friends and family. Please meet up with your walker friends here and allow the other walkers their space on the Wedren.
